This 60-minute session is initiated by phone contact and then held long-distance.  The person's name, birth date, and current location will be obtained in order to conduct the session.  A photo of the individual may be used as well.

This is a 90-minute session which includes light (sometimes firm) pressure to the head and spinal tissue.  The tissues of the abdomen, thorax, and pelvis may be addressed as well.  Craniosacral therapy can help with chronic pain of the neck, back, joints, and head.  This technique has an effect on the entire body through balancing the central nervous system all the while being quite beneficial for anyone suffering from temporal mandibular joint pain, otherwise referred to as "TMJ Syndrome."  People with migraines may consider this treatment.  Those with spinal dysfunction such as scoliosis may benefit also.  Visceral manipulation may be used with this technique for enhanced effect.

An all-encompassing soft tissue manual therapy which uses soft yet deeply engaging touch in order to locate and release restrictions around nerves, blood and lymph vessels, organs, joints, bones, fascia, and muscle.  The central and autonomic nervous systems along with the circulatory systems are treated in root areas of concern in order to allow fascia in and around all musculoskeletal structures (including the spine) to release held tensions for the purposes of promoting healthy functioning throughout the entire body.  Those with chronic pain, neck, back and joint stiffness, migraines, scoliosis, neurological conditions, or digestive dysfunction may benefit from this work.
